Raoul Harley

Raoul joined FAS in 2024. He is responsible for preparing fiduciary accounting reports for trusts, estates, and conservatorships in accordance with the California Probate Code. Prior to joining FAS, Raoul worked as a Proposal Coordinator determining scope and costs for commercial real estate projects. Raoul earned a BS degree in Business Management with a minor in Economics from Rocky Mountain College in Billings, Montana.
In his free time, Raoul enjoys playing basketball, watching movies with family, trying new foods, and spending time in nature.
