Fee and Refund Policy
For your convenience, FAS offers the option of online payments. When making a payment, please include the invoice number or name of the Trust / Estate / Conservatorship.

 

All sales will be considered final and non-refundable.

 

If you are submitting a fee deposit due at the time of engagement, FAS may credit all, or portions, of the deposit to periodic billings at our sole discretion. Any deposits held at the end
of the engagement will be applied to the final billing and the remaining balance will be refunded with a check issued to the Trust / Estate / Conservatorship.

 

Requests to cancel services must be made in writing and are subject to time and expenses incurred up to the time of cancelation. Any refunds issued due to service cancelation will be refunded with a check issued to the Trust / Estate / Conservatorship.
