Fiduciary Accounting Services, LLC was delighted to sponsor Legal Assistance for Seniors’18th Annual Conference on Elder Abuse. This year’s conference was held at UC Law San Francisco on June 18th and was co-sponsored by the UCSF-UC Law SF Consortium on Law, Science & Health Policy. The preeminent conference provides education, training, and networking for professionals and advocates in the fields of law, aging, and elder abuse prevention and response. This year’s conference focused on elder abuse with sessions addressing the impact of financial and non-financial elder abuse, current legislative efforts to protect seniors, and community resources to educate seniors and their families. Legal Assistance for Seniors provides free legal representation and advice, health insurance counseling, and community education to qualified Alameda County residents.
